DFC DAILY TRAINING MANDATE – TRAIN SMART UNTIL TOURNAMENT! ⚽🩹

DFC Warriors, DAILY sessions start NOW through Venkateshwar Memorial (Jan 10th)! Consistency builds champions, but HEALTH FIRST prevents sidelining injuries.

Critical Player Reminders – NO EXCUSES:

ALWAYS warm-up properly (15-20 mins dynamic)
Cool-down after every session (stretching + hydration)
Listen to your body – chest pain, dizziness = STOP immediately
Report warning signs to coaches/medical team

VM Home daily from 5:30 PM – full squad attendance REQUIRED. Skip warm-up = bench risk. Safety > scores!
