Rashmi se main 6 year se yoga or pranayam ker rahi hu. Rashmi bahut hi accha sikhati hai. Pranayam kerne se bahut light feel go raha hai. Rashmi jaisa sikhati hai vaisa koi nahi sikha sakta . Thank you Rashmi 🌹🌹
Hi, I am kiran sikka, I am 61 years old. I joined samagra yoga from last 2 years. From last 3 yrs I hve BP and Sugar problem.. But now frm 2 yrs doing yoga.. My health is good.. Yoga helps me to relax nd clam my mind

Hello , i m Kiran Dasot & i m 57 years old. I joined Samagra Yoga from last few months.Before joining the group i was dealing with many problems like cholesterol ,uric acid,over weight .I was even dealing with my knee problem i was unable to sit down bcz of pain....bt now after continuously doing yoga there is a huge change in my physical fitness...I have overcome my knee pain,even there is a weight loss from 78 to 72 ,increse in strength & flexibility..Yoga helps me in reducing stress & keep calm.
Yoga is a powerful natural state that can inspire us in many ways...
Thanku Rashmi for ur guidance..And I'll continue doing yoga for betterment.

From last 1 year I'm doing yoga with u Rashmi mam and feel very energetic
I have been doing pranayama and each exercise makes me feel relaxed
From last 5 years I have Castrol problem but now from 6 months I'm feeling very well . Thanks mam for being such a wonderful teacher
