Definition:
“Last rep till failure” means performing an exercise until you cannot complete another repetition with proper form. The final rep you manage to complete (just barely, with good technique) is called your last rep till failure.

🔹 Purpose:

Pair shoulder se zyada wide rakho.

Paav 40–45° bahar ki taraf open karke rakho.

Chest upar rakho, back straight rakho.

Dheere dheere neeche baitho jaise chair par baithne ja rahe ho.

Ensure karo ki knees hammesha toes ki line me rahe (andar collapse na ho).

Thighs ground ke parallel tak ya usse neeche le jao (apne mobility ke hisaab se).
