How we eat is equally important as what we eat.

Unconscious eating leads to dissatisfied meal which leads to overeating.

We are fat not because we eat fatty foods, but because we eat too much without focusing on them.

This is because we are surrounding with lot of distracting things like TV, laptop, smartphone.

We have the habit of eating food while watching Netflix, scrolling Instagram, etc. The more we focus on these things while eating, the less we focus on the food, the taste of food, the quantity of food.

So, we just dump the food into our body until we feel full.

The more this kind of activity happens with high calorie foods, the more is the calorie intake.

So, obviously we will become fat if we make this kind of eating habit.

Unconscious eating leads to overweight.

It's just pounding up of unwanted extra calories.

1 tbsp of butter is roughly 102 calories.

1 tbsp of olive oil is roughly 119 calories.

And less satiating and satisfying.

You can enjoy more healthy snacks like a huge bowl of popcorn or 2 Medium apples.

Think before adding extra butter or olive oil.
