Once you actually know what you want, going after it is the easy part. The hard part is figuring out what that even is. So many of us just pick up goals along the way, from our parents, our friends, whatever everyone around us seems to be chasing, and we call it our own dream without ever really checking. The real work happens when you stop and actually ask yourself what you want, not what you’ve been handed. And once you know that, things start moving on their own. Your version of that won’t look like mine, and it shouldn’t. Knowing your own path and standing behind it, that’s what success actually looks like, and that’s a life worth building.
