📈 Bulking Update – 109 KG
From 87 kg stage weight (Bronze at ICN, Dec 2022) to 109 kg today — a 22 kg gain over 2.5 years. Patience, consistency, and relentless effort. No shortcuts.
Yes, the bulk came with fat, water, and hopefully a few solid kilos of muscle too. That’s part of the process — embracing the grind when no one’s watching.
And of course...
“Kuch toh log kahenge, logo ka kaam hai kehna.”
Let them talk about steroids or shortcuts — but those who know, know what it truly takes.
