Integrated Approach of Exercise Therapy-

At SF we follow our traditional Yogic system to develop exercise program for many health problems. our program is always a combination of Asana, Pranayama, Physical Exercises, Aerobic activity, Cyclic Meditation. we follow the Pancha Kosha concept to develop our program for health related issues. Always remember Fitness Training and Physical Activity programs are different for special population from general or performance related training.
The disturbance in the Monomaya kosha percolate into the Annamaya kosha through the pranamaya kosha. Hence, in the treatment of these psychosomatic aliments it becomes mandatory to work at all these levels of our existence to bring about the quick results. The integrated approach, thus, consists in only dealing with physical sheath, the relief of which could at best be temporary as is happening with the drugs used in modern medicine to treat diseases of the psychosomatic type like asthma, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, etc. We have adopted Yogic Practice and Physical activity to balance and harmonize the disturbances at each of the five koshas and tackle this type of complex psychosomatic aliments.
