The issue of bringing back black money from foreign / swiss banks is once again the focus of national attention. Full marks to the Supreme Court for ordering the govt to disclose the complete list of account holders! But there is no doubt that the BJP is trying its best to protect some of the account holders.Definitely BJP is going back on its poll promise.

वो कौन लोग हैं जो लोकपाल बिल पारित नहीं होने देना चाह रहे हैं?

दूषित मंत्रिमंडल: हमारे देश के मंत्रिमंडल में 34 में से 15 मंत्री ऐसे हैं जिनके ऊपर भ्रष्टाचार के संगीन आरोप हैं। अगर जनलोकपाल होता तो इनमें से अधिकतर मंत्री जेल में होते। जिन लोगों को जेल में होना चाहिए वो आज इस देश की सत्ता चला रहे हैं। क्या ये 15 मंत्री कभी भी सख़्त जनलोकपाल बिल पारित होने देंगे? इन्हीं 15 मंत्रियों की वजह से आज एक आम आदमी को महंगाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

दूषित संसद: लोकसभा में 162 और राज्यसभा में 39 सांसद दागी हैं। इनमें से लोकसभा के 77 सांसदों और राज्यसभा के 14 सांसदों के खिलाफ संगीन आपराधिक मामले जैसे हत्या, ठगी, अपहरण इत्यादि हैं। क्या ऐसे सांसद कभी भी सख़्त लोकपाल पारित करेगें जिसके आने से कई सांसद जेल चले जाएंगे? क्या कभी लालू, मायावती, मुलायम, राजा, कनिमोझी, कलमाड़ी इत्यादि जैसे लोग भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सख़्त कानून बनाएंगे?

गाँधी जी कहते थे- पाप से घृणा करो, पापी से नहीं। हमारा किसी भी व्यक्ति से कोई द्वेश नहीं है। हमारा संघर्ष संसद और सरकार के शुद्धिकरण के लिए है। जब तक देश के मंत्रिमंडल और संसद का शुद्धिकरण नहीं होगा, तब तक देश को भ्रष्टाचार, अन्याय और महंगाई से छुटकारा नहीं मिलेगा। संसद और मंत्रिमंडल में बैठे ऐसे अपराधी और भ्रष्ट लोग लोकपाल बिल के दुश्मन हैं। लोकपाल बिल लाने के लिए सबसे पहले इन्हें हटाना पड़ेगा।

All those arrested in the 2G spectrum scam have been released from jail, including the master mind Ex. Minister Raja. All this shows that the high and the mighty in our country are above law. They are free to indulge in corruptions and scams of Himalayan proportions and can go Scott free. Humble law abiding folk like you and me dread to be caught on the wrong side of law.
Shame on our country! Shame on our politicians!

A Dharna in protest against the attack on Anna's convoy in Nagpur was organised by IAC Jhansi unit at the Gandhi Murti Park at Katcheri Chouraha on 18th May 2012 between 11 am and 1 pm. Despite the scorching heat, a considerable number of members of IAC Jhansi participated in the protest Dharna.

All are invited to participate in the Dharna in protest against attack on Anna's convoy in Nagpur at Gandhi Murti Park, Katchery Chouraha, Jhansi at 11 am on 18th May.

अन्ना आन्दोलन का अगला चरण - चर्चा समूहों का गठन. अन्ना आन्दोलन को एक ग्रास रूट - जन आधार वाला - आन्दोलन का रूप देने के लिए इस कदम का स्वागत किया जाना चाहिए. चर्चा समूहों का नाम स्वराज चर्चा समूह या अन्ना चर्चा समूह रखा जा सकता है. देश की वर्तमान व्यवस्था जनता के प्रति जवाब देह नहीं है. इस व्यवस्था में कौनसे परिवर्तन करें जिससे जनता के प्रति जवाब देही कायम हो, और उसे कैसे मूर्त रूप दिए जाये यह इन चर्चा समूहों का विचारणीय विषय होगा. निश्चित रूप से झाँसी में भी इसे शुरू किया जाना चाहिए.
