𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 — 𝐌𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 🤍 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐲𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 — 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. 🌸 It was an absolute honor to share my two workshops at the 𝐍𝐄𝐏𝐀 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐲𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚. This experience reaffirmed that the pause is where your true power is unlocked. Surrounded by incredible energy, I had the privilege of leading two deeply transformative workshops: 🧘🏽‍♀️ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Healing through breath and conscious pause. 🌿 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬 – The deeper art of teaching with intuition and presence. This journey reminded me that transformation isn’t forced — it’s allowed.
