Here is my condition after pre judging at Naresh surya classic championship 2024 in Hyderabad...

65kg category gets bronze medal🥉

If I get a bronze medal with this condition, it doesn't matter what I place, but... then the condition thing needs to be removed from bodybuilding....

Because your work can not be an excuse to skip your exercise. One should not compromise on their fitness. Get professional fitness training any time any where as per your need.

Some honest confession as a fitness coach.

Sometimes as a fitness coach, we tend to get frustrated. Because sometime it's not easy for us to be brutally honest with those we are coaching even though we want to..

The reason most fail in fitness is- they don't do the work required to succeed and they give up long before success even has a SHOT at being felt or seen. And they blame the coach or the exercise routine. Later they will say things like "we are not celebrity, it is not possible for us, it is only possible for celebrity etc"

Stop saying silly reasons AND don't expect to have success if you don't do the work.

Don't expect to take a pill or use a wrap and find your best health or fitness. It's not that easy.

Do the work. It's hard, but it's so worth it in the end.

Yes fitness is mandatory

Being fit is important

Don't wish for it,
