Respected Madam,

Our Gym, # # gym / fitness centre, located in # # , carrying out the services with the help of # # Number of staffs since # # .

Since this lockdown has started it has affected us drastically since we had no source of incomes as our clients stopped renewing their memberships and that was how we used to clear our financial liabilities such as 1. Equipment and ac EMI, 2. Rent, 3. Electricity bill and even 4. Staff salary, which in no way could be avoided or ignored since the government encouraged to provide salary to every employee and staff, also generated the electricity charges on time and sent the bills to us and the landlords too hassled us for the monthly rents. There was no relief for us in any matters and no help from the government packages too that had been announced. Moreover, this is our one and only source of income to run our household and now we are unable to sustain anymore and are on the verge of collapse.

Therefore, its a humble request to at least let us run our gyms too along with all the other necessary sectors which are reopening from 8 June and we promise to operate in compliance with all SOP guidelines given by central and state govt. And assure that none of the safety measures shall go overlooked.

Besides healthy food, the body also requires exercise and workouts to boost their immunity which will help in fighting against covid 19 threat. So, now more than ever gyms are no more a luxury but a necessity to lead healthy and disease-free life.

We look forward to the CM to kindly hear our plight and awaiting a positive decision. As we know, Madam you are an ardent fitness lover and have always proactively stood by your people in times of need, we plead for a little benevolence and consideration that can bring relief to us. Looking upto you for the hand that has never failed us in the past.
