I have this incredible daily System that enables me to be the greatest mother, wife, daughter-in-law, daughter, friend and Life Coach. I call it ‘My Daily Anchor’. It connects me to ME profoundly and makes me fall in love with myself and my life each day all over again. My Daily Anchor includes:
• Soul Time – Meditation, Chanting
• Heart Time – Gratitude and Journaling
• Mind Time – Reading, Podcasting and skill-enhancing
• Health Time – Strength Training, Cardio and Yoga

As a Life Coach and a homemaker, I need to be full of Life, Self-worth, Self-love, Self-respect and the belief that I am Deserving. I do My daily anchor rituals for myself each day so that first, I am taken care of, and then I can take care of everyone else. My Daily Anchor charges me:
• Soulfully
• Heartfully
• Mindfully
• Healthfully

Want to know a little more about me? I work with women who are just like me because I can understand and feel their untold pains and help them grow as I did. I come from a traditional orthodox Marwari family where the unsaid rule for a girl was to get married into a good family, raise children and take care of everyone. That being so, I was married into a Marwari Joint Family to live the ‘dream life' (pun intended). Hey, what about my dreams? A few years into my marriage, I realised that I was much more than just a homemaker, mother, or wife. Always looking for validation, love, respect, appreciation, and even money from others would not be my life forever. I realised I was way too precious and capable than that. I shed the, ‘I am not good enough,’ and realised that,
‘I am not using my capabilities good enough.’

I love what I do, and I do what I love. Women like me, who are beautiful, capable and creative, have silently, somewhere, had enough and know that they deserve much more. I help such amazing women tap their true potential and guide them towards their highest self. My single point object is to assist them in shifting from the ingrained belief of ‘I Should’ to my mantra of ‘I Deserve.’ Working women and homemakers alike deserve to have high levels of:
- Self-worth
- Self-love
- Self-sufficiency
- Self-respect
- And much more

I want to live in a world where every woman feels deserving. A world where every woman knows what she wants, says 'Yes' with excitement, and 'No' with confidence. I wish to live in a world where every woman believes – and I mean really believes – that Anything is Possible.
