Do you use #highpulls but push the bar outward? . Or maybe you loop the bar during a #sn**ch? 🤔 . The issue might not be the height of the #sn**chpulls, but rather your balance and position. . As shown in this video, ideally, you want: 1️⃣ your elbows pointing towards the ceiling when you finish the #sn**chpull . 2️⃣ to maintain your balance in plantar flexion . ❌If your elbows point behind then your pull becomes more like a reverse #bicepscurl 💪 . ❌ If you can’t maintain your balance, then you’ll fall backward or forward. . So, during your #Olympiclifting or #CrossFittraining, don’t just focus on getting the bar high enough,. Focus on how you finish 👍 . Tag a #weightlifting friend you’d like to try this drill with.
