I had the opportunity to lead a 15-minute movement break as a health & fitness coach—and we didn’t just move, we enjoyed every minute of it.
Seeing doctors, professionals, and attendees smile, move, and recharge reminded me why movement matters.

There are a million reasons why you may not want to do something. You're tired, you don't have enough time, it's hard, you don't have the energy... the list goes on and on.
You're the only one who can decide if you have the willpower, discipline, and motivation necessary to achieve your goals. If you're going to achieve success
that you're intended to make then you need to be able to make it happen for yourself! That means taking responsibility for your actions, making the right decisions about your future, and putting in the work
that needs to be done in order for things to happen.
You don't need anyone else's permission or approval; just keep your head down, focus on you, and don't ever stop working hard until you get there!

When you first start working out, it's exhilarating. You're not only excited to go, you're also getting stronger with each rep. Years later, you may find you're slogging through another workout session and using the same weight as before.
After a while, the body adapts to your routine and stops progressing. Change matters - variety in training is the key to progress in fitness. If you've been doing the same thing for a long time, it's time to shake things up and try something new. You're not going to get the results you're going after if you keep doing the same thing over and over again.
If you're looking for ways to change things up, here are a few suggestions:
✔Try a new exercise or routine that will challenge your body differently than before
✔Add an element of fun into your workout by listening to music or watching TV while working out (helps with motivation)
✔Try a different diet plan that you actually enjoy with foods that work with your goals.
