Narcissism isn’t simply having a different perspective.
We all see situations differently.
We all have our own opinions, experiences, and beliefs.
The problem begins when someone cannot tolerate your perspective and starts pressuring you to think like them, agree with them, or see things only their way.
That isn’t healthy communication.
It can become a form of control and emotional pressure.
Healthy relationships allow two people to say:
“I see it differently—and I can still respect you.”
You don’t have to surrender your perspective to keep the peace.
Your perspective deserves space too.
🌱 Awareness begins when you recognise the difference between disagreement and control.
