Kaizen means: continuous small improvements. All our management lessons come from, what we like to call, our internal "K11 MBA Program" (internal training) where we spend two days a week learning and applying the best management practices.

Here you see our CEO posing with a bell which she got installed. This bell will be rung when anyone of us at K11 drops the ball when it comes to upholding our foremost principle of . When the bell rings, all work will halt and everyone’s energies will be focussed on solving the issue and ensuring it never repeats again thereby ensuring our principle is always held in good stead.

Our students who went back to Kerela from Pune hostel due to lockdown. When the Hostel reached out to us to vacate their belongings from the Hostel K11 Team sprung into action
