Problems are like roller coasters in life. It scars us at times and leaves us feeling insecure.
A storm always devastates everything on it’s way. Everything has to be rebuilt and you need to emerge stronger.
Believe in the universe and the bigger scheme of things it has in this world for us. It’s readying us to understand these challenges, overcome them and help others along the way to overcome theirs.
Connect with mentors who have seen such storms and have emerged out of it for the better. Take positive actions, a step at a time and good times will shine once again in your lives.

Understanding people around us without being judgemental is one of the important skills to grow in life.
If you have daily arguments, debates etc with your colleague or partner, then it just means that you both aren't like minded. This understanding itself brings peace and you can find ways to co-exist by sharing decision making based on each one's inherent strengths.
Agreeing to disagree is in itself a good point of agreement and move on accordingly thereafter.

Fortune and Fame cannot be a goal post. They are rewards / outcomes which are fully not in our control.
We should focus on doing our tasks really well, being in the moment as we do our work and most importantly enjoy it to give our best.
If you knowledge, skills are upto the mark and what we do is what the market wants, then fame and fortune would follow automatically.

On a road journey to a hill station, you would have noticed that there are speed breakers, potholes, etc at times on the road. Sometimes a patch of the road is bumpy or there is traffic but overall it’s a pleasure to drive on the road, visit the hill station, and immerse in beautiful nature, clouds kissing the mountain, a slight drizzle, be mesmerised by waterfalls and rivers flowing by.

Certain easy to do activities make us feel safe and comforted as these activities induce release of adrenaline and cortisol stress reducing hormones. Eg. smoking, eating, drinking etc
Good habits on the other hand release chemicals such as dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins which are the hormones for happiness and love. These help you stay motivated and achieve more in life.
Good Habits are not as easy as Bad habits as it involves certain degree of effort such as exercise, diet control, meditation, emotion control etc. You can’t motivate yourself daily. Discipline, Dedication and Determination can help you form good habits and help you stay happy and stay motivated to achieve more in life effortlessly.

As children we are reprimanded for asking. As we grow up we are shy to ask for help. Asking for help or asking itself is seen to be a sign of a weak person. The truth is that the universe opens up only to those who ask. If your ASK serves a bigger purpose of life more people will be interested in helping you.
