Firstly a hearty congratulations to Siya sawant for winning silver medal at the 36th jr.national atheletic championship. It was a remarkable effort by her & we at are truly proud of you.

Year 2020 was tough for everyone. For atheletes & S&C coaches it was even tougher in my opinion as gyms were shut, competitions were cancelled, barely any equipment to train with, we were bound to work within 4 walls of our home etc.

Inspite of all the limitations 'SCCS' under mrinal roy sir's guidance followed a structured approach of training program & the results are in front of us.

Thank you .roy_cscs for giving us this opportunity to work with them 🙏🙏. Myself & are truly honoured to be part of the team.
