Always remember your body will always respond to your thoughts. So if you keep telling yourself, you are too weak or you have bad genetics or you can't achieve your goals naturally then that's what will happen. You have to make sure you are thinking the right thoughts you have to believe in yourself and your body will respond to that. It doesn't matter how many hours you spend in the gym, it doesn't matter how well you diet, nothing will happen unless you have the right mindset. So beleive in yourself, believe what you are doing is working, tell yourself it is working, and you will see amazing results. ๐ฏ๐ฅ
