It's Impossible to conduct KhelUtsav season 5. Many of us thought in this way. Of course, it was 'impossible' but...

But, the team Khel Utsav 5.O looked at 'impossible' as 'I am possible' and accompanied me on this journey. Team KU5.O was the first-ever team to conduct its maximum event Online. My Vice-Chairpersons have written enough in their testimony. I request to have a look at their testimony too. Before summing up for the year 2020-21, just wanted to tell, to upcoming seasons Team Khel Utsav that ‘Guys set a goal, be visionary and step out from your comfort zone, I bet you, the divine nature will support in unexpected ways. Just you need is your one-step rest will be taken by the holy Almighty.’

Well, lastly, I like to extend my gratitude towards the Rotaract Club of SIES College, Sion (W)

Also, it could not be a smooth journey without all our sponsors and partners. I'm thankful to each of our sponsors and partners.

Bro you have been a super cooperative co-chairman, can't thank you with words and you both were the mainstay of my team, from sorting all permission and coordination with all partners, participants and stakeholders you both played a major role in maintaining the relations with all of them. 💖

Being appointed as the Vice Chairperson of one of the most prominent and the mega flagship project of our club- Khel Utsav was a task, yes, and at the same time a once in life time experience.
I feel it was my privilege that I got opportunity to chair this project. There's no surprise in the fact that I was a slightly clueless about Khel Utsav. It all came up with a lot of responsibility and this year with everything being online had set a challenge for us. Khel utsav is a project which requires endless planning and management to keep with the benchmark set up by the team of Khel Utsav 4.0. Working with 3 other people with whom I hadn't interacted before seemed bit of a challenge at first. I remember hoping that I fit in well with the team and thinking just how welcoming everybody was. Growing in terms as a person, as a rotaractor, as a leader, these 5 months have been most significant for me. Endless meetings, calls, discussions, planning, became an ongoing routine. 19 days, 10 categories and 5 months of hardwork. It surely wasn't easy. But our team, "my team" was one of its kind. Just couldn't have asked for a better team. My co- chairpersons Rtr. Dinesh, Rtr. Hrishi, Rtr. Gamya were extremely supportive, motivating and passionate which inspired me to work even more to the best of my capacity. They have literally taught me to go above and beyond for every piece of work.Having a talented, creative and understanding team members gave me more enthusiasm to work even better. Also, working closely with the communities through khel Utsav at grass roots level has unleashed my thought process and perceptions.I remember the very first meet amongst the four of us where Rtr. Dinesh said " Yeh Saal toh macha denge". And having said that, "Kar Diya humne!!" All the hardwork we had put in along with the help of our organising committee was all worth it!
So, my journey has really been fantastic and the opportunities I’ve been given I am incredibly grateful for. I've learnt a lot in the process and will always cherish the memories we've created throughout.

~ Rtr. Gamya Savalam - Vice-Chairperson Khel Utsav 5.0 for chairing the mega projects were out. I had applied for Khel Utsav for the very reason, my best friend had chaired this project a season back, and asked me if I could agree to apply for KU. As clueless I could be I went on to apply for it. I developed a sense of responsibility and willingness to do this project. Days later, I went on for my first ever interview, with all the anxiety taking over. The results were out, Rtr. Gamya Savalam- VCP Khel Utsav 5.0, felt like a tag I owned. Here on the journey started. After a lot of planning for categories and events, making various lists, confirming locations, long discussions and meets with the core team, forming an organising team, we were ready, to begin with. The journey had been incredible, along with my wonderful co-chairpersons. Dinesh mastering creatives of the project with his innovational skillset, travelling miles to conduct events, and always taking a step forward to bring up changes for the project to exceptionally stand out, Hrishi and his relentless efforts for pitching sponsors and travelling different locations and to his passion and love for sports and this project. Bhavya being the most organized one managing the budgets and the organising team with utmost efficiency. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work and coordinate with. Like dinesh would typically say, "humare team ka aura hi alag hai." Just like that we even bonded beyond the work vibe, for real. To the team, to the vision, to the spirit to do better even when the times challenged us w the worst, to our endless rants, to our disagreements, to the fun, to our day-long meets, and missed out sleep, to 19 days of the project, and months of planning, organising, conducting this project. It seems to be all worth it in the end, after all. Khel Utsav, for me, would be more than just a project. I think when I'll look back through my Rotaract journey, it would first be reminded of Khel Utsav as a memory and I'll treasure this for the rest of my life.

SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce had adopted a village at Karjat district of Maharashtra name Kawthewadi. NiyogKiran is a sports category where students from the school of this village come and celebrate their sports day with Rotaract Club of SIES College, Sion (W) under project our Khel Utsav. Continuing with the legacy with at our adopted village at these times was one of a task, but the team tackled it by sorting out permissions and managing the further preparations.

YuvaKiran is a sports extravaganza for the age group of 16 to 30. This time a unique strategy was implemented by the team Khel Utsav 5.O. As per the strategies team hosted different games with different participants at different locations. Some of the locations were Vashi & Nerul in Navi Mumbai and Sion & Matunga in Mumbai.
