After a hiatus, I’ve come to appreciate the challenges women face in regaining their pre-pregnancy shape. Despite unwavering support from family and a partner, the postpartum journey can be isolating. Having navigated it myself, I understand the importance of prioritizing health to raise both physically and mentally healthy kids. Despite having all the support, it took me a year to kickstart this journey, and maintaining consistency remains a work in progress. I empathize with fellow moms. Remember, prioritizing our health empowers us to create and manage a healthy family – a goal we all aspire to. I’m here to offer support; feel free to reach out. xoxo.

Yaksh*t is almost 6 months now, it’s been a amazing journey so far seeing him growing up is the best part of being parents, looking forward to many many milestones he is going to achieve very soon
