As the Chief Science Officer with .in , I designed a series of recovery products to help you manage pain and push yourself a little harder during training.
After spending 25 years on sports fields with elite athletes, I’ve seen where most products get it wrong.
At Betterhood, we experimented really hard to get the small things right.
