A few interesting facts about because I play Table Tennis 😆

1. Table tennis is between tennis and breaststroke swimming in training effect. Its energy value ranges from 6.6 to 10 kcal/minute. But this is a rough estimate.

2. The tempo of the game changes from 30 to 120 bounces per minute.

3. The speed of movement of the hand with a racket reaches more than 40 kilometres per hour, the speed of flight of the ball at the final strokes can be 170-180 kilometres per hour, and the initial speed of flight can reach 200 kilometres per hour. And players have to react to hit such shot.
