Light Weight Vs Heavy Weight: Will Light Weights Makes You TONED?
No, not necessarily true. Forget what you might have heard or saw in magazines, going for light weights do not mean so light that you don't feel it. However, you can still lift a little light weights, work each set and still achieve the same results as lifting heavy weights. It's a matter of perception, how heavy something is. For example, anything over 315lbs is consider heavy, meanwhile someone else would consider anything over 135lbs heavy. Which is why we use the word heavy and don't use numbers.

My Experience With Front Squats: Do Front Squats Harness Help?
Yeah, I struggled for a while until I learned to balance it on my clavicle/traps. If front squats are ever comfortable then the odds are you are out of position, properly one of the few exercises that you can get used to but never really becomes comfortable. For me, it was just flexibility and working of form with just the bar.

Can Squatting Help In Muscle Growth And Recovery?
There's 24 hours of rest. Squatting might help, but does not guarantee growth. You're also not doing anywhere near the same volume as you would do when training legs once or twice a week.
Always have a rest day. Generally even body builders reserve full body work outs for pre-events to lean out. Otherwise its still a weekly split, maybe a 3 or 4 days rotations. You can do two on two off, three on 1 off for any muscle combination group of your choosing. Overworking isn't going to gain mass as much as it will lead to more risk of injuries.
