This full moon was no ordinary one. It may have made you want to go back to the start, the part of your life or journey you decided to change. But the wise thing to do would be to ask yourself if this is what you truly want or is it that you are making decisions habitually.

If you feel sick, got the flu or released in any way- it is part of this energy. ( Of course consult your physician for medical advice). If you felt the sudden urge to clean your wardrobe, declutter etc as though your life depends on it- you felt these vibes deeply. If you simply decided to take it easy and do nothing, you still worked with this energy.

I've been on this boat for way too long myself and learnt that you only get an upgrade in life when you decide to upgrade it yourself.

Can we change everything? Nope. Can we change a lot of it? Yes. So instead of fearing all that is immovable, shift your gaze to all that you can actually do something about. It may not feel easy at first, but like any habit, these positive/ constructive changes too can become muscle memory.

Some love stories live in the heart forever 💔

July 21, 2010- Sept 5, 2026.

It's been a hard few months and that's why I've been inconsistent and absconding... Just popping in here to say that I will be taking some time off to grieve. There is a lot she's taught me and a lot I've promised her I will share with you all as part of my purpose in her last moments. But first my heart needs to mend and my soul needs to find some peace.

I may show up with a few updates and posts every now and then, however, 1:1 sessions and calls will resume when I can offer my heart to my work again (hopefully soon)
