It is not always right to work on your body every day.
You need to focus and go slow at times.
You will increase the possibility of injuries and gradually lose interest.
Instead, work on your body while recovering as well as taking much-needed breaks.
Go slow but go right, so do your workout with fun instead of working out crazily.

Not only high reps, after burn effect, and the right Nutrition to burn more fats.
High reps will burn more fats and provide muscle toning to the fats, not only this but there is the same thing called the after-burn effect where your body tries to recover from the damage caused while workouts due to high intensity and exercise.
The after burn effect is caused when your body is recovering from micro-traumas caused during exercises.
It helps in fat burn and increases metabolism. And right nutrition is equally important so the person who follows all these 3 steps right only then will lead to fat loss and muscle toning.
As there are no specific workouts for muscle toning.

Sweat or no sweat.
Workout is important. Do not judge your workout based on you sweat.
You may sweat a lot due to weather change or your body heat. It is good to sweat, but if you are not sweating, do not stretch your self too hard to sweat. It does not define an effective workout.
You need to have a goal and workout as per that, do not focus on sweat, focus on your workout and you will get results.
Still if you have queries, let's discuss now as stress is also not good for your health.

Your abdomen structure is genetic. You can only control losing the fats around your Abdomen area up to a certain level.
Your regular workouts with the right diet, balance your calories can help you in weight loss.
Ab workout will only strengthen your abdomen muscles underneath the layer of your belly fat.

A female should lift weights to get stronger and be functional.
When it comes to lifting, people have a confused approach.
Let me tell you that lifting is not just limited to gaining muscle, but it is also directed towards constructing a better quality of fitness that is best suited to serve the purpose of being more functional.
A fit person gains independence to complete everyday challenging tasks with ease like lifting a bucket full of water, pressing a suitcase overhead, moving a sofa, climbing stairs, running faster and longer, pulling and pushing heavy objects with greater velocity. The list can get longer. 😎

Dieting - I can't eat home made food🍳 as it contains lots of fatty food items like Ghee and oil. 🧈Big No!!
Myth Breaker - Try eating home made food as you can customize the food ingredients based on your taste, vitamins and proteins need.🥘
Its only at home you can be sure and prepare a pure ghee or good fats oriented food, whereas with outside food stand unaware on the ingredients and food items added in your food.🙂

Dips training works very well on your chest as well as your💪 triceps and if you change few angles & Arm positions you can achieve results for complete body fitness goals too.
The 🏋Overhead press could be mainly of two variations. The seated overhead press which works on the anterior deltoid and triceps and standing will engage the similar prime mover but even engage your core muscles for better stability.
If you perform dips as well as Overhead press with multiple variations you will achieve complete🦹♂️ body workout training.🙂

There are many vegetables, pulses, and nuts that contain enough protiens for your body.
Yes it is true that Non-Veg does have high protien foods like eggs, red meat and more.
But being vegetarian you do have many protein options too.
