Displaying an amazing kriya that helps solve all digestive problems - Pawan Sodhan Kriya , it helps you to clean up your internal organs, improve digestion and cleanse your system.
Step 1 - place your palms below hips for support, inhale deeply as you raise both your legs to 60 degree angle , hold the pose with your breath held in for as long as you can.
Step 2 - exhale bringing your knees into your chest and hold the pose with your breath held out for as long as you can.
Step 3 - inhale again as in step 1 and hold the pose for as long as you can hold your breath in.
Step 4- exhale bring your legs down on the mat.
This exercise is excellent if done daily atleast 6-9 times and will help avoid gastric and bloating issues.

Kundalini yoga - a journey of awareness and awakening.
Today I would like to share how Kundalini yoga came into my life and changed me as a person.
I was never too much into yoga of any form, had tried it casually many times but never went deep into it.
In 2015, I decided to walk into a Kundalini yoga class and wow- I just felt completely different that entire day!!
Kundalini yoga taught me to be aware of my thoughts , leading to my feelings, processing them and taking charge of them. It allowed me to feel my emotions, one by one, be it happiness, sadness, anger , fear, helplessness. I felt them, learnt to release them and heal myself.
Yoga made me energised, become flexible, believe in myself, feel beautiful, powerful and balanced, all at once ππ
Yoga takes me to my inner self, to that place of peace and stillness, where I know I am complete, unique and powerful and healthy.
I am full of gratitude for yoga being a part of my life, my place of acceptance and upliftment, my place of understanding myself and loving me for who I am and for helping we walk the spiritual pathπ
