"Trikonasana," embodies balance, unity, and expansion. It symbolizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit, as well as the connection between earthly and spiritual realms. Through its stance, it encourages the exploration of boundaries and the harmonious blending of opposites. As practitioners stretch and extend, they also open themselves to new experiences and a deeper understanding of their own being.

How to UNWIND immediately & effectively?!
1)sit comfortably or lie down flat on the ground
2)Taking helps & stabilises restless of mind (this is optional)
3) Take 2-3 deep breaths
4)NOW INHALE
5)INHALE
6)INHALE AGAIN
7)BREATHE IN DEEP- let the shoulders tense a bit
8)HOLD FOR A SECOND &
8)EXHALE, RELAX let go…
9)Repeat this cycle
10) 4 DEEP INHALATIONS followed by 1 exhale.
11)Do this for 4-5 mins & observe the after effects on your mind & body
