1. Write down and understand in as much detail as possible what you really want to achieve ....what you can't see, you can't touch
2. Based on your present understanding of the world and yourself, put a time limit on this goal ....when is as important as what
3. Break your goal into several tangible steps or targets ....one battle at a time and you shall soon win the war
4. Time to go out and do it, make one definitive move towards your goal everyday ...everyday that you don't move closer to your goal, you move away from it
5. Keep reminding yourself of your goal every time you feel like giving up, until you get there ....if you are loyal to your goal, the goal will pull you towards itself harder than you push yourself towards it
