Tadasana - Standing pose with raised arms 2. Tiryak Tadasana - Raised arms with side tilting. 3. Katichakrasana - Turning right and left by giving a rotational movement to the spine. 4. Tiryak Bhujangasana - Serpent pose looking at the heels alter-natively from right and left side. 5. Udarakarasan - Giving a twisting pressure on the abdomen from both sides Do these asana for 8 counts each side. Once you finish 5 sets of Asana, that completes one round. You have to do three rounds like this. Caution: Shanka Prakshalana should not be practiced by persons under 15 years of age, during menstruation or pregnancy.
