On February 10, 2026, Mount Carmel Girls School, Dhantoli, Nagpur, hosted the Life Skills for Young Minds program. AHA Nagpur and AOP Nagpur jointly organized an interactive session, which was attended by 120 girls, along with 8-9 teachers.

The session featured speakers
Dr. Dinesh Saroj, who provided the introduction and welcome.

Dr. Prajakta Kaduskar, who discussed Understanding Civic Sense.

Sensei Ashissh Shahu, (Black Belt 4th Dan WTSKF) Karate Instructor, who led a hands-on self-defense skills session.

Mrs. Pragya Saroj coordinated the event. The program aimed to empower young girls with confidence, responsibility, and safety, one skill at a time!
