Had an amazing Diet Educational Program .nerul . Had about 45 new members come in different batches. We had a lot of fun learning, how to manage diet, how to design your diet, how to tweak it and adjust as per daily unscheduled obstacles that we face each day. We learnt a lot, a lot of problems and myths were solved and busted, they came up with some of the best questions that trouble us as an individual. All together time well spent and good learning. Good work guys! Waiting for the next session in January, hope to see new faces soon.
