Meditation is just connecting our soul with supreme soul. It is a connection of mind with god, which helps us in relieving anxiety, stress and depression.

One should make a habit of meditating daily for a happier life and healthy lifestyle. We will take energy from god and spread it in universe which helps in making surroundings cheerful and peaceful.

JOURNEY- From A housewife to a Yoga Instructor!

I never knew about this thing that yoga will be my both passion and profession. Like every other lady i did my graduation from Delhi University and got married to my parent’s choice. I was a housewife and blessed with two sons afterwards, so all my life was husband, children and in laws.

One day i was watering plants as i am fond of gardening, that day was the turning point in my life. Full bucket of water was in my hand and i bent full of jerk, afterwards I wasn’t even able to stand or walk and my lower back got affected and doctor diagnosed me with spondylitis, a type of arthritis. I got all such treatment therapies and got bed ridden for 6-8 months. As there was no or less improvement, some well wisher of mine suggested me to practice yoga. Through all thick and thin I started practising yoga and got positive changes and improvements in my body gradually. I tend to practice it daily and push my limits harder to recover myself as soon as possible. I got so perfect and within a year or two it became a part of my life.
One day an opportunity knocked my door and that was a job offer for me as a yoga instructor. I started it with all the faith in me and god as my profession. I studied more about it, attended seminars, classes, referred different books to master in it. And now i have more than 10 years of experience and knowledge in this field and still aiming to learn more and more so that can provide with best services and satisfaction to my clients.
The thought behind sharing this story is that one must always have strong will power, dedication and positive attitude towards life which easily helps in overcome problems.
