Why do we need to know about Neurons. Because First action potential come through Motor neurons from Brain 🧠& then that activate No. of Muscle Fibre (Muscle Cell) of a Muscle.
If you are not mentally prepare to do your every set of your exercise then action potential comes from brain but won’t activate your Muscle Fibre (Muscle cell).
