🏃‍♀ Dwarka Moms Group born on 26th January 2017 is the brainchild of Kajal Chanana supported by a close circle of like-minded ladies.

👉Being a Human Resource professional, she strongly felt that women in Dwarka had great potential and they just needed a platform to succeed in their endeavours and nurture their passion & hobby. This is how Dwarka Moms was conceptualised and then born on Facebook. In just over a year and three months, this very group has become the voice and platform for over 10k+ Ladies & is not only a reason for them to connect but with some baby steps converting their passion and hobby into their source of earning handsome pocket money. This dynamic group was created with a purpose to promote and bring forth the concept of 'Mom-preneurship' and ‘Work from Home’ for Moms within the comfort of their time where they could take care of their families and also work along.

👉This group is not only unique for enabling the Moms at Home to become a Mom-preneur but it also believes in ‘Giving back to the Society’. The DM Group has organised a number of drives and initiatives in Dwarka and has worked in positively contributing towards the underprivileged in Dwarka and neighbouring colony's. To name a few initiatives by DMs, they have been conducting workshops on Waste Segregation from home, Oral Hygiene, Mensural Hygiene, Cleaning Drives. The Pad Donation drive where sanitary pads (stock of 8 months) were distributed to the street girl child (Adult) followed by a healthy discussion on the hygiene aspect, how to use & dispose of them. Food & winter clothes donation drive in collaboration with Robbin Hood Army was also a great step forward. **Construction work for the much-delayed Phase IV project of Delhi Metro will start around Diwali this year. With the Centre’s approval for three of the six proposed corridors in place, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is going to start geo-technical surveys and detailed drawings of civil structures before tenders are finalised and floated. The process is expected to take about six months with construction on ground expected to begin around October.
