Exercise 💪🏻 is only a complementary aspect, which is why you don't have to waste time doing something you don't enjoy.
- Granted, it would be ideal if you all went to the gym five days a week and were incredibly strong, but most of us may not have the time ⏰ – or the motivation – to do so. -Unless you're aiming to achieve a particular body goal, ANY exercise is good exercise. You might begin the year by setting positive fitness objectives, which you actively pursue by going to the gym 🤸and munching on carrot sticks. Such well-intentioned ideas, on the other hand, frequently collapse after only a few weeks.
- The difficulty is that exercise can be boring and repetitious for many individuals. It doesn't have to be that way, though.
👆🏻 I showed you some ways, now it's your time to bring in those changes.

-It's very usual to feel tired on a frequent basis. In actuality, one-third of healthy teenagers, adults, and seniors say they are tired or drowsy. Fatigue is a typical symptom of a variety of disorders and serious diseases, but it is also caused by basic lifestyle aspects in the majority of cases. Fortunately, most of these issues are simple to resolve. I did my part by telling you what might be causing you to feel tired all the time..are you ready to makes those changes to be the best version of yourself?

Things you can eat during a Fast:
*Fruits (Any seasonal fruit)
*Curd(home set)
*Sweet Lassi(Buttermilk)
*Fresh juices
*Paneer (sprinkle roasted jeera)
*Water / lemon infused water
*Handful mixed Nuts (almonds, pistachio, walnut, raisin)
*Mixed seeds(flaxseed, sunflower , melon, etc)

💁‍♀️NO SALT / NO GRAINS
