1st Group
Standard 1 to 3
2nd Group
Std 3 to 4
3rd group
Std 5 & above
6 to 6:15 am warm up session was at Skechers Tomb
Three segments:
Athletics
Aainball
Martial Art - Taekwondo
7:20 am - Skechers Lawn for Yoga session
7:45 - In groups Refreshment.

6:20 to 7:15 -work out Sessions in groups
7:20- Yoga Session.
7:45 am - Skechers hut for Refreshment.
