Together we heal, learn and shine.

Poetry - Zahra Mohammadi

An active member of our club and she raises her voice beautifully through poetry.

(A night I dreamed that i am free and free
I was riding on air on clouds of dream

Neither case nor un nor the third country
Free from thoughts tranquil in a concisely constructed world made of my drone.

There were scents of flowers everywhere, and the breeze of Naw ruz ( the first day of spring)
It springs is magic and make forget the sorrows,

The atmosphere of air was full of good and kind creature
I was acclaimed praised for being human,

After a blink, I woke up and realized that I am only a
Poor, strange, Refugee far far away from my ancestors land,

There is no news of cove and ( ‘SHREEN’ a famous novel character) the world is cruel,

There is no hope of carving climbing a mountain and I am consistent with ‘Farhad’ ( a famous character from novels),

Silence is deadly and the air is desperate,

No one thinks I wasted.)

What is child labour?

The term “child labour” is often defined as work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development. It refers to work that: is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful to children; and/or.

What is the cause of child labour?

Mental health awareness,

Most of the people probably must be having alot of questions on their mind regarding mental health issue,

Personally, This is the questions i have on my mind,

And i just hope it helps you out.

Is mental illness treatable?

Yes, mental illness can be treated. This means that many people who have a mental illness, and are treated, recover well or even completely. However, because there are many different factors contributing to the development of each illness, it can sometimes be difficult to predict how, when, or to what degree someone is going to get better.

What does being diagnosed mean?

When you or someone you know starts to feel mentally unwell, the first step in obtaining treatment is to see a doctor or other health professional for diagnosis. After a thorough assessment, a doctor can make a diagnosis based on a particular pattern of symptoms. A decision can then be made about the best treatment for these symptoms and their underlying causes.

What does treatment really mean?

Treatment means all the different ways in which someone with a mental illness can get help to minimise the effects of the illness and promote recovery.

It can involve psychological therapy, medication, and various supports in the community, as well as people with the mental illness helping themselves.

Psychological therapy
A doctor, psychologist or other health professional talks with the person about their symptoms and concerns, and discusses new ways of thinking about and managing them.
Medication
Some people are helped by taking medication for a while; others may need it on an ongoing basis. The doctor should explain the benefits and possible side-effects of medication before it is prescribed. Medical research shows that many mental illnesses are associated with changes in our brain chemistry. Medications help the brain to restore its usual chemical balance, so that the symptoms are reduced or even eliminated.Community support programs
Support programs are especially important for people with recurrent symptoms or who have a psychiatric disability. This support may include information, accommodation, help with finding suitable work, training and education, psychosocial rehabilitation and mutual support groups. Understanding and acceptance by the community is also very important.

Where are people treated?

These days, clinical treatment generally takes place in the community rather than in a hospital. Anyone who has been diagnosed with a mental illness which needs treatment, should be able to receive a range of clinical services in their own community. If necessary, ongoing support can be provided by a community mental health service clinic, where there are a range of mental health professionals.

How can people help themselves?

There are lots of things that people with a mental illness can do for themselves, to help recover a balanced life. Healthy eating, getting plenty of sleep, and regular physical activity are all important to good mental health. Learning skills which help deal with stress, feeling down, relationships or the symptoms of the illness, are also ways in which someone with a mental illness can look after themselves.

10 WAYS :
HOW TO STIMULATE PERSONAL GROWTH

1. Know yourself.

Self knowledge is not just about knowing your likes and dislikes, it's about knowing who you truly are as a person. How you look at life. How you interact with others. What fires you up. What leaves you shaking. What gets your heart pumping. A person who sincerely knows who they are shines with confidence.

2. Surround yourself with beautiful people.

I'm talking about inner beauty, of course. People that make you see the world in a new way. People that do extraordinary things. People that exude the qualities you'd love have rub off on you; kindness, compassion, bravery, drive. People that have a story to tell, gifts to share and lessons to teach.

3. Rid yourself of people who bring you down.

This is a tough action to take, as the person who brings you down might be person you share everything. Or the person you've known since you were a kid. Or the person who employs you. Only you can decide whether or not you should do this (or want to), and how best to do it. Every situation is different. Sometimes it calls for addressing the situation in person, sometimes it calls for fading contact between you, and sometimes it calls for leaving one day and never looking back. This is absolutely easier said than done, so I don't want to make light of this situation. The one instance where I would urge you to immediately remove yourself is if you are physically or emotionally at risk. Often, these situations will require outside help -- ask for that help.

4. Three good things' practice.

Each day, you write down three good things that happened throughout your day, or three things you are thankful for. It can be as simple as 'I'm thankful for a warm sunny day today'.

5. Write.

A diary that you might go for months without writing in, or random notes typed on your phone.

6. Turn off the TV.

Emotions in others stimulate emotions in you, and if a movie or a show has ever made you cry or laugh, you'll get what I mean. You know it's not real, but you still get caught up in the story and emotionally react. A good movie will leave you full of whatever emotion they were trying to portray - it's a job well done.
There is nothing worse than walking into a room and seeing people watching a screen filled with other people fighting, arguing, complaining and backstabbing. It's something most of us would avoid like the plague in real life, so it doesn't make sense to give up your free time to watch it play out on a screen. Spend that time learning something new instead.

7. Get in touch with nature.

Take time out each day to get some fresh air, walk through a beautiful park or garden, visit the beach or just watch the clouds. It's a mini escape, and plants you firmly in the 'real world',

8. Develop a childlike sense of humor.

Try and get to that crying-laughing-I-have-the-stitch stage at least once a week. It's healthy!

9. Get a hobby.

Hobbies serve a multitude of purposes. You learn a new skill, it often introduces you to new people, it gets you out of that comfy place, it's usually an achievement of something you've always wanted to do or try, and Being passionate about something different is cool. Passionate people are interesting, and it doesn't even matter what the passion is. It's energizing to talk to someone who has a real excited love for something.

10. Make someone's day.

Whether it's for stranger, a friend, or your mum - Seeing the effect of your kindness toward others will have a lasting impact on your personal growth.

How to relieve 'STRESS' during this pandemic days,

1. Exercise.
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress.
2. Consider supplements.
Several supplements promote stress and anxiety reduction.
3. Talk to a friend
You can share it to your friend so they can give their own opinion to reduce stress.
4. Reduce your caffeine intake.
Caffeine and stress can both elevate cortisol levels, high amounts of caffeine (or stress) However, small to moderate amounts of caffeine can lift your mood and give you a boost.
5. Write it down

(Imamdinsalimi)
'Fullstack web developer'
'Thats what we call him'
He likes to share his ideas and opinion about social media,
And what social media means to him?

According to me,
Social networking has changed the way we communicate, do business, get our daily news fix and so much more. But is it really all it's cracked up to be?

That depends on who you talk to and how you're using it.
A site like Facebook could serve as an opportunistic launching pad for a new business owner, or it could be an inescapable source of negative peer pressure for a young teen. There are pros and cons to everything in life — and that includes our social networking habits.

There are a lot of upsides to social networking. Ask yourself how you can take more advantage of the following whenever you decide to check out your favorite social networks.

Pros of social media/ network:
1- connects people all over the world
2- Real-time news and information discovery
3- Great opportunity for business owners and digital marketer.

Ending Sexual-Gender-Based Violence!

08/04/2020

They are abandoned. They do not get a chance to step in a school. They are left to fend for themselves on the streets. They suffer from many forms of violence. They do not have access to even primary healthcare. They are subjected to cruel and inhumane treatments every day. They are children – innocent, young and beautiful – who are deprived of their rights.

In the history of human rights, the rights of children are the most ratified. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) defines Child Rights as the minimum entitlements and freedoms that should be afforded to every citizen below the age of 18 regardless of race, national origin, colour, gender, language, religion, opinions, origin, wealth, birth status, disability, or other characteristics.

These rights encompass freedom of children and their civil rights, family environment, necessary healthcare and welfare, education, leisure and cultural activities and special protection measures. The UNCRC outlines the fundamental human rights that should be afforded to children in four broad classifications that suitably cover all civil, political, social, economic and cultural rights of every child:

Right to Survival:
• Right to be born
• Right to minimum standards of food, shelter and clothing
• Right to live with dignity
• Right to health care, to safe drinking water, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment, and information to help them stay healthy

Right to Protection:
• Right to be protected from all sorts of violence
• Right to be protected from neglect
• Right to be protected from physical and sexual abuse
• Right to be protected from dangerous drugs

Right to Participation:
• Right to freedom of opinion
• Right to freedom of expression
• Right to freedom of association
• Right to information
• Right to participate in any decision making that involves him/her directly or indirectly

Right to Development:
• Right to education
• Right to learn
• Right to relax and play
• Right to all forms of development – emotional, mental and physical

Stay at home if you begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache and slight runny nose, until you recover.

Why? Avoiding contact with others and visits to medical facilities will allow these facilities to operate more effectively and help protect you and others from possible COVID-19 and other viruses.

If you develop fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical advice promptly as this may be due to a respiratory infection or other serious condition. Call in advance and tell your provider of any recent travel or contact with travelers.

Why? Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also help to prevent possible spread of COVID-19 and other viruses.

Lets not take it lightly, we need to takecare of ourselves and others as well, spread the message to everyone so they can be aware of 'How to put on, use take off and dispose of a mask.

CHILD MARRIAGE is one of the burning problems of Indian society. In India, despite amended laws advocating 18 as the legal minimum age at marriage for females, a substantial proportion i.e. Every third adolescent girl in the age group of 15-19 year is married and every second married adolescent girl has given birth to a child. According to the Registrar General of India (RGI) Report (2001) Rajasthan has the highest (40.8) percentage of females ever married among 15-19 year old girls as compared to India (24.9%) followed by Bihar (39.6%), Madhya Pradesh (34.1%), Jarkhand (32.9) and Andhra Pradesh (32.3%). Among the various districts of Rajasthan, Bhilwara is at the top with 61.9 percent.
