A FIBA Level III Certified Coach, Pradyut holds a master degree in clinical psychology and has trained with NBA Skills Coach, Ganon Baker (Florida, USA) as part of his shadow coaching program at Elev8 Sports Institute. Further, Pradyut has been personally trained by Cody Toppert, a Cornell Legend who played in the NBA- D League and in Europe for 9 years, and currently is the Assistant Coach with the Phoenix Suns. He has also trained with Mihai Raducano, one of the top basketball trainers in Canada. He aims to impact young lives by reaching out to the grassroots level and changing the way basketball is taught in India. Pradyut has done skill development camps in over 20 Schools across India and has worked with over 3000 players.
