A cage built quietly over years
by childhood wounds that were never named
by emotions that were told to stay silent
by tears that had no safe place to fall
Years of suppression
calling it strength
calling it maturity
calling it adjustment
Failures that hurt more because they were never processed
only buried deeper under expectations
expectations of being the perfect daughter
the perfect sister
the one who understands
the one who adjusts
the one who never complains
Always giving
Never celebrating myself
because humility was confused with self erasure
I also realised
that many things I thought were mine
were never truly mine
beliefs
fears
roles
burdens
even dreams
And slowly
without realising
I learned to shrink
to doubt
to apologise for existing
But the truth is
this cage was not destiny
it was conditioning
Conditioning that taught me my worth comes from approval
Unlearning this is uncomfortable
painful
liberating
Today I choose awareness over autopilot
compassion over self criticism
truth over people pleasing
I am learning to feel without guilt
to speak without fear
to honour my journey without minimising it
The door was never locked
I just didnt know I was allowed to leave
And now
I choose myself
softly
firmly
fully

Daily yoga doze I am now channeling these competencies into creating balanced and harmonious environments through yoga.
Fueled by a profound passion for holistic wellness and mindfulness, I have transitioned from a distinguished career as an architect and project manager to a dedicated yoga instructor. My tenure in architecture and project management (2013 - 2022), coupled with my education from IIT Delhi, has endowed me with invaluable skills in design, planning, and leadership. My adaptability and quick learning
As this year slowly folds into memory,
I pause… and breathe.
I choose to release the weight of the past —
the mistakes, the delays, the moments that didn’t go as planned.
Not with bitterness, but with gratitude,
because every experience shaped me, softened me, strengthened me.
I honour everything this year taught me —
the lessons, the pauses, the patience,
the growth that happened quietly, without applause.
I let go of what no longer aligns with who I am becoming.
I forgive myself.
I trust the timing of my life.
With a grounded heart and an open mind,
I step into the future — not with fear, but with faith.
Faith that what is meant for me will find me.
Faith that I am supported, guided, and protected.
Thank you to the year gone by
for all the visible and invisible blessings.
I welcome what’s ahead with clarity, courage, and calm.
✨ I release.
✨ I receive.
✨ I rise.

Warrior in spirit. Monk at heart. ⚔️🕊️
To live fully is to embrace the paradox within.
There’s a part of you that fights for your dreams, stands tall through storms, and refuses to bow to fear. That’s the *warrior* — fierce, determined, unshakable. 💪
And then there’s the part of you that finds stillness in chaos, speaks with silence, and walks with grace. That’s the *monk* — calm, compassionate, untouchable by noise. 🌿
True strength isn’t about choosing one over the other.
It’s about *carrying both*.
It’s being the warrior when life demands action, and the monk when life calls for surrender.
In yoga, we learn that *Shakti* and *Shanti* are not opposites — they are two sides of the same soul.
When you embody both, you become unstoppable… and unshakable. ✨
⚔️ Fight with love. Rest with purpose. Live with balance. 🕊️

Meet my new friend — the pull-up bar! 💪
Today was Day 1 of just hanging (literally 😅) and it felt tougher than I thought. The bar didn’t let go easily... neither did I. Sharing my red palms like battle scars of a new beginning.
Sometimes, it’s not about how long you hang — but the courage to begin.
Let’s build that grip, inside and out. 🖐️✨

🌧️ When it rains outside… it’s as if the sky is mirroring what the soul feels inside.
That overflowing, unspeakable joy — the kind that can't be contained.
Like the earth smiles in surrender… just as we do when we finally let go.
Monsoon is not just weather — it's a state of the heart. 🌿💫

🌄 What Do Mountains Teach Us?
1. Stillness amidst chaos
– No matter how wild the winds or storms, the mountain stands grounded.
Train your inner self to remain calm amidst life’s noise.
2. Patience & Time
– Mountains take millions of years to form.
They remind us that true strength and transformation take time.
3. Resilience
– Through rain, snow, and quakes, they hold their form.
Teaching us to stand tall through life’s challenges.
4. Perspective
– From the top, everything below looks small.
Mountains remind us to rise above petty worries and see the bigger picture.
5. Humility & Surrender
– No matter how strong, mountains bow to the elements.
We too must balance strength with surrender.
6. Silence and Depth
– They speak through stillness.
Teaching us that silence is not emptiness, but presence.
No wonder Shiva loves mountains!
Happy Sawan to all!

🕉️ Why Chant Om?
Chanting Om isn’t just a ritual—it’s a return to your source.
In the Mandukya Upanishad, Om is described as “idam sarvam”—everything that exists: the past, present, future, and even what lies beyond time. It is the sound-form of Brahman, the ultimate reality.
The Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 8, Verse 13) says:
"Uttering the monosyllable Om, the eternal sound of Brahman, and remembering Me, one who departs from the body attains the supreme goal."
This links Om directly to liberation (moksha).
In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (1.27–1.29), Om is called Pranava, the symbol of Ishvara (the Divine). Chanting it with devotion is said to remove obstacles and steady the mind for meditation.
Even the Agni Purana and Vishnu Purana describe Om as the essence of all mantras, the seed from which creation unfolds. It is said that just the utterance of Om can dispel negativity and invoke divine presence.
In essence:
Om is not just a sound—it’s a vibrational bridge between the self and the cosmos. When you chant it, you’re not just calming your mind—you’re aligning with the rhythm of the universe.
