We all know that there are various health benefits of overnight soaked oats. It is easy to make and gives you enough room for customization. Some like adding fresh fruits, some prefer drizzling maple syrup or honey on the top. Some people also add chia seeds, flax seeds, dry fruits and more to make the bowl yet healthier (and of course, tastier too!). Top it with some fresh berries and granola.

Beginner Plank Series by FITner - Your Fitness Planner
Targets: Side planks strengthen your whole core and body. But importantly, they strengthen your core without putting pressure on your lower back.
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
Side planks, a variation of traditional planks, are stability exercises that strengthen your core. They tap into your obliques more than a regular plank.
Side planks are also unilateral exercises, as they work only one side of the body at a time. They're performed in a side-lying body position where you're using a single arm to lift your body up.
Beginner Plank Series by FITner - Your Fitness Planner
Targets: Arms, shoulders, and the Core
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
Star Plank strengthens your obliques and entire core. Star Plank not only builds strength in your shoulder and arm, but deep contraction in your oblique muscle and hip. If you learn how to do Star Plank you will have a great new isometric core strength move.
Star Plank also offers you a chance to practice good breathing. Make sure you don’t hold your breath during your isometrics.
Beginner Plank Series by FITner - Your Fitness Planner
Targets: Forearm planks target the transverse abdominis (that pesky ab muscle below your belly button), the re**us abdominis (the large muscle in your midsection), and the internal and external obliques (the side muscles of your abdominal region).
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
The forearm plank is a static core exercise similar to holding the top of a push-up, with both the elbows and hands making contact with the floor. The pose engages multiple muscle groups at once, simultaneously building core, back, leg and arm strength.
Beginner Plank Series by .shweta
Targets: Muscle Groups - Upper Abs, Lower Abs, Left Obliques, Right Obliques and Secondary Muscle Groups: Side Shoulders, Wrist Flexors, Glute Max, Lower Back
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
An exercise to improve the strength around the shoulder. If performed correctly this is a great exercise to also gain strength and stability around the trunk and neck. Care must be taken to not sag in the shoulders and keep the hips lifted up.
Beginner Plank Series by FITner - Your Fitness Planner
Targets: Plank targets almost every group of muscles in our body. Glutes, oblique muscles, re**us abdominus, and transversus abdominis.
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
A plank is a core body move that strengthens all abdominal and low back muscles as well as arms, shoulders, back and chest muscles. If you haven’t heard about the benefits of a Plank by now, you might be living under a rock. The Plank is one of the best exercises around for strengthening your core and giving you a stable mid-section to keep your back healthy, your posture tall and your tummy flat!
Here are the steps to performing a plank:
1) Begin kneeling on all fours with hands directly under shoulders and toes on the mat.
2) Tighten abdominals and raise your body up off the floor, lengthening legs behind you. Hold the entire body tight for the desired amount of time and breathe.
Beginner Plank Series by .shweta
Targets: Gluteus medius, gluteus maximus, quadriceps, adductors, re**us abdominis, transverse abdominis, obliques, and shoulders.
Equipment Needed: Exercise mat
Level: Beginner to intermediate
The bear plank is a beginner to intermediate level bodyweight exercise that targets the muscles in your hips, glutes, and core region. It’s an excellent exercise for balance and core stabilization. Since it allows you to fire-up your core muscles, the bear plank is a great addition to an abdominal workout, especially since it’s really good at engaging the lower abdominal muscles. You can also add the bear plank to a dynamic warm-up routine to help activate upper and lower body muscles prior to cardio exercises such as running or cycling or before lifting weights.
Hold the bear plank position for 30 to 60 seconds. Make sure to breathe, focusing on a deep and slow inhale and exhale pattern. If you feel your back dip or your core weaken, it’s time to set your knees on the floor, rest, and start over.
After the recommended time, return to the starting position by bringing your knees back to the floor.
Rest for 20 to 30 seconds before repeating.

Smiling is universally considered to be a way to display joy. It can communicate our internal world to people on the outside, and it can be a welcoming sign to new people.

When we smile, our muscles can send feedback to our faces and help to boost our mood. Keep Smiling!!
Meal prep done for the week. Also got my workout in and some housework. As working Moms, we often wear many hats, don’t you agree?
Enjoyed a hot cup of masala ginger tea during all the rainy weather today. Hope you had a great Tuesday!
...all about the weekend!!!
We all have those little things that make us happy. They might be tiny, but they are some of the simplest joys of life and make our day a little bit better.
People are often too busy to appreciate the simple joys in life. We’re so focused on work, errands, and other responsibilities that we forget to take a step back and enjoy the moment. But the truth is, life is full of small moments of happiness if we only take the time to look for them.
No matter what is happening in our lives, we can always find something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Early morning wake-ups can be difficult, as the thought of sleeping in is usually a much more appealing option. However, waking up early boasts positive health benefits, including better concentration, improved quality of sleep, long-lasting energy, productivity and more.
Waking up early takes commitment!!
Set an earlier bedtime.
Unplug gadgets before bed.
Avoid late-night snacking.
Avoid sugary energy drinks and coffee.
Silence your phone.
Sleep with your curtains open.
Place your alarm clock across the room.
Training your body to wake up early will take time, so don’t expect to be able to wake up at 5 a.m. every day just yet. Try implementing small changes into your routine to make early wakeups feasible, such as setting an earlier bedtime, moving the location of your alarm clock or ditching snacks and sugary drinks before bed. With these small changes, your body will eventually get in the habit of getting up early.
☘️There is no magic pill or potion for getting fit. I learned this through my own trials and errors until I was finally able to kick bad habits and embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle.
☘️FITner Tip: The hardest part of losing weight isn't working out or knowing what to eat, it's committing! Find a training partner to help keep you accountable. It's easier to reach your goals if someone is expecting you at the gym every day or if you have a gym buddy that you simply enjoy working out with to help make it fun.
Biotin is an essential vitamin that helps regulate energy metabolism and cellular function. It’s also a key ingredient in many hair, skin, and nails supplements.
Most people don’t know the importance of taking biotin supplements, and I was one of them. Over the years I have tried many but MyPro Plant Based Biotin showed amazing results.
MyPro products are reputable and they ensure accuracy and purity.
Thank you, Mypro Sport Nutrition
💯 satisfied with your product and I highly recommend it!!
*This particular one is a great option. That said, as with any supplement, speak with a healthcare professional before adding a biotin supplement to your routine.*
The workouts I share with you will be ones you can do at home with minimal or no workout equipment. There will be quick routines that will work as many muscle groups as possible all at the same time so that you get the most out of the time you spend working out.
The key to working out consistently is to make it as easy as possible to fit into your life without feeling like you’re sacrificing something.
