My client kunal from DUBAI is setting high standards for younger generation today .

The egg is a superfood. Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex (riboflavin, cobalamin, thiamine, folate, etc.), Vitamin D, and Vitamin K are all fat-soluble vitamins.
Why do we choose multivitamins over natural sources?
There are a number of side effects associated with taking multivitamins: 1. DIET NUTRIENTS REACT DIFFERENTLY IN THE BODY
When you consume a calcium supplement, the effect is different from when you increase your calcium intake. It is known that increased calcium intake can reduce the risk of heart disease. Prolonged consumption of calcium supplements has been linked to a higher risk of heart disease.
2. ALL NUTRIENTS CAN'T BE ABSORBED BY YOUR BODY DIRECTLY
Nutrients like vitamin A are useless and not absorbed by your body if you don't add enough fat to your diet. Vitamin A is only absorbed in your body when fat is available. So eating a Vitamin A pill won't increase your eyesight if you don't consume enough fats in your daily diet.
3. THEY ARE NOT REAL VITAMINS & MINERALS
The way our body absorbs a natural vitamin is different from how our body responds to an artificial vitamin. The absorption rate of nutrients by your body is way higher when it is consumed from a natural source than a supplement.
4. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO IDENTIFY AND EXTRACT ALL NUTRIENTS
We only know about a few nutrients like calcium & iron and a few vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin C & Vitamin D but we don't know that there are over 40 important nutrients, which are difficult to fulfill just by supplementation, but their importance was not proven earlier. Just 1 large egg contains almost 140 mg of choline in its yellow yolk - there's no choline in the egg whites.
