Day 47: 8k 🏃🏃 done today Morning again.

It was an awesome weather today, i was not at all feeling like running today.

I wanted to have a cup of hot tea in my hands and just sit down to enjoy the ultimate weather.

Though i dragged myself out of the house and started running.

Ran 1k in slippers and another 7k bare foot.

Bare foot running also may sometimes have its own benefits😂

Day 45: 8k 🏃🏃 done today Morning again.

Late run today. Got a little slow at Pace. Completed 8k in 43:31, Targeting to 40 minutes.

Working on to improve✌️✌️

Are you a beginer too in running like me, just a simple advice, hit the track daily and see improvements happening.

The biggest and most important thing is do it daily.👍

Day 44: 8k 🏃🏃 done today Morning.

Improved on the distance today.

Though after completing 7k run at 9pm yesterday hitting the track again in the morning within 10 hrs for 8k was getting tough.

And after completing this morning run i am feeling more stronger and proud.

Guys its always good to go that extra mile in whatever we are doing.

Just keep doing✌️✌️

Day 43: 7k 🏃🏃 done today Evening again.

Sometimes its tough to go for 40 minute run, and then cool down for another half an hour or even more.

Today did this run without warm up and just moved out without thinking about it, just because tjis is what i wanted to do it.

supported me everywhere so that i can complete all the work thats needed to be done today and even my run.

The crux is JUST DO IT✌️✌️

Couldnt run today again in the morning due to rain. Ran late night.

Day 41: 7k 🏃🏃 done today Evening.

Couldnt do my run today morning, so did it in the evening.

Many of my known were waitong for.me to post my running pic today, so i was waiting for the clock to tick 6pm for my run today.

Consistency is the key Guys. Follow your daily miles if not at the same time but at a differwnt one, but do it.

Thats will make you feel better👍
