A lot of times I got this feedback as well. But think about it guys. We deviate, and then want to go on aggressive(dire straits) approach and I say no.
No is not my way of ensuring days go by and you have to end up renewing. No is because I know how precious calories are. Unless you follow, how and from where am I supposed to create a deficit further!?🤗
I am in complete agreement with what maintains.

I have a toddler at home! I am diabetic, I have a pet yaar, but I do have to cook for my “in laws”…I will see what I can do with all these things yaar…
Vs
I want to bring about a change in my life, do workouts, be active throughout the day. Well, inspite of having a toddler, this - that & what not, I will ensure that I do atleast 60, 70, 80% of what is expected of me to move slowly but steadily towards my health and fitness goals…

Sunday morning done right ✔️
Often I come across people complaining how they are having to choose between health and studies. I know, no two individuals are same and are similarly circumstanced but just to share my experience this morning.
Sundays are mostly calls free days for us coaches😇
When I woke up today, I had an opportunity to ride a 🚲 because I wouldn’t be speaking to anyone on call! What I also ensured is that i listen to some audiobook or recorded learning source so that I can focus on learning while burning calories.
Audiobooks, recorded meetings, YouTube music, text to voice apps and services etc were invented with a lot of different purposes. What I deduced from this invention is that they help us multitask.
Don’t be a slave of technology, rather make it your best friend who can help you not only to get healthier but also smarter🤓
Point being: Even the busiest and a do-nothing person have 24hours in a day. How we best utilise our time determines what present and future would hold for us.
