Remember the guy I posted with abs? Guess what, he can lift two leaner guys with abs at once, for reps🤪😗😍☺️

A lot of times I got this feedback as well. But think about it guys. We deviate, and then want to go on aggressive(dire straits) approach and I say no.
No is not my way of ensuring days go by and you have to end up renewing. No is because I know how precious calories are. Unless you follow, how and from where am I supposed to create a deficit further!?🤗
I am in complete agreement with what maintains.
