Eat nutritious 90% of the time, enjoy your favourites 10% of the time — mindfully.
When you do that:
✔ No cravings
✔ No guilt

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐌𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲💚🌿
Weekends are for fun, family, and a little freedom—but I don’t let them throw off my wellness journey.
I’ve learned to enjoy without undoing my efforts. Here’s what works for me (and might work for you too):
✅ I plan my plate – I pick grilled or sautéed options over fried. Make sue the plate contains veggies, then protein and carbs. Easy and effective.
✅ Hydration is my ritual – I start with warm water, carry my bottle, and sip through the day. It keeps me energized and in control of cravings.
✅ No “cheat days” mindset – I call it a choice day. I consciously choose foods that make me feel good—not heavy or tired.
✅ Dessert? Yes, I love it but in moderation – I enjoy it, I share it, and I move on without guilt.
✅ I move a little more – I keep my body active, by walking or doing home chores
✅✅ My golden rule: I never go to a restaurant on an empty stomach. A little salad at home means I’m not tempted to binge when I order. Game changer!
✨ It’s not about being strict. It’s about being aware.
I hope these little shifts help you like they’ve helped me.
