19th MIFI 2026 - a wonderful event at Mumbai NFDC Complex. Personally, its a dream come true to get our film screened at such a prestigious film festival. Kudos to the organisers MIFF NFDC India for organising such a fantastic festival for 7 days. A lot of learning watching movies, meeting fellow filmmakers, organisers, students and people from the Industry. Thank you to everyone who has been our supporters and well wishers in this journey of filmmaking. I have been a passionate fan of cinema since childhood because these stories make us live our shared moments of rise, fall and everything in between. As a filmmaker and as a storyteller we all look forward to show our work and share the stories that we have felt deeply about… these platforms comes to our rescue as a medium between us and people who wants to see different narratives , lived experiences and moments from human lives that makes us deeply human … MIFF is one such amazing platform and has earned its prestige world over … as a storyteller I am grateful and deeply moved by the appreciation and recognition for my film Legends- The Eternal Flame of Mewar!! has been officially selected for screening at the 19th Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF 2026).
This film is a tribute to the courage, sacrifice, resilience, and eternal spirit of Mewar. It is deeply gratifying to see its journey continue on a prestigious platform like MIFF MIFF NFDC India
One of the things I value most about festivals is the opportunity to encounter work outside my own creative orbit.
Looking forward to spending the coming week at MIFF exploring new documentaries, short fiction and animation films, meeting fellow filmmakers, and seeing what stories are resonating across cultures and borders this year.
