Living the life as it comes not enough to get connected with the desires.

Many of us have desires- to grow, be active, find meaning and live free.

We often try to dream, even plan but the motivation drains over a time and we pause.

Why is this happening?

It is due to lack of self-belief, lack of focus and staying disciplined.

It all starts with you?

The beliefs practiced over years are stopping you. Challenging and refining them will definitely create a difference.

The distractions shift the focus and stop you to concentrate on the purpose.

The key to success is discipline.

Value the above three steps to grow, find meaning and lives the way to dreams.

Why do relations pause or break?
Is it ego?
Is it the intention?
Is it the purpose?
Is it an expectation?
Is it about ignoring the people?

A relation is none of above but only the attributes and feedback to the response.
It’s not about the person but the being, his natural flow of thoughts and emotion.
Every relation in this ecosystem is only for the reason to contribute, to help mutually and grow.
It’s just a role to play and find meaning in life.
In actual we just get into relation to seek love, care and achieve a certain purpose or intention and are pre-defined on ones values, principles, attributes and virtues.
This creates the difference.
As all above aspects vary with situations, events and emotional patterns pre-defined over the years, decades, etc.
How they can be aligned?
They are perceived and guide us when we are approaching a person, situation which is just momentary.
And makes us predict, judge, ignore, assign labels to the relations.
It’s not the person who is wrong, but the energies we carry along that keeps us stuck and away from getting into conversation.
It’s time to self-reflect.

Relations matters a lot but one of the most ignored things these days.

Any relationship needs communication even though its a monologue.

Its not about how we express what we we express but about the being.

Right from my academics I had observed my dad caring about me, scolding me, taking my study, preparing me for school. Also to my mom for the tasty food, tiffin which used to finished in the recess by my friends.

That defines a routine, particular patterns of caring, intention and meaning.

This acts both for the parents and the children.

But as we don't value relations in unawareness we focus only of thing of interests. Why is this happening?

The external aspects, status quo and competition is what pushing us away from the core family values.

More than a decade, I had been away from my hometown and my parents, only reason to to contribute to the ecosystem. Which is now becoming normal and of the patterns for me and my family.

Even though living apart everyone is training and making the mind adaptable to live accordingly. One of the trends most followed by many of us.

Whatever achievements I had made is just the role, the past. But the only thing that hurts is the only feeling, I can't add value and contribute to my parents being away.

The authorities who dedicated the life to help me grow, explore and become the person who I am today?

The hurt remains about my failures-

1. I failed in nurturing the relations.

2. I failed in setting boundaries.

3. I failed in making the choice to work in my hometown.

4. I failed in getting mature enough.

5. I failed in taking responsibility of my parents.

6. I failed to create a better version of myself.

7. I failed in making the wrong choice of things of interest.

8. I failed in adding to self growth.

But irrespective of the failures, I still believe that I will continue to care, love, nurture and heal the family. The only way destined to find fulfilment and add meaning to life this days is healing the relations.

Overcoming the fear of public speaking one of the skills to learn on the journey to coach. This program focused on Building Foundational Public Speaking Skills with an objective to overcome Fear of Public Speaking, Develop Basic Speaking Techniques, & Establish Initial Confidence

The Day 2 followed by Focus on Mastering Storytelling Techniques to Engage & Inspire Audiences which was one of the top notches to learn and connect.

Which came with an objective to Craft Compelling Narratives, Utilize Emotional Engagement, & Structure Impactful Stories to establish connects.

Final Day 3 being on the Stage with a focus to Refining Delivery Skills & Expanding Speaking Context serving the objective to Enhance Stage Presence, Manage Large audiences, & Scale Speaking Opportunities to Broader Platforms.

Having a Clear Objective is your roadmap to Success!

Imagine you’re driving down a road with no map, no GPS, and no idea where you're heading.

You take a few turns, but they all lead to dead ends.

After a while, frustration kicks in, and you wonder why you even started the journey in the first place.

This is exactly what life feels like without a clear objective.

This was the stage I went through till 2017, without any roadmap, going through the twists and turns, not clear where to go, and no actions due to absence of purpose.

Being an introvert and no guidance on career selection, I just accepted the travel as it comes and became an engineering graduate.

But what exactly is an objective, and why does it matter?

The Clarity behind Every Action

An objective is a clear, specific goal that you set for yourself, whether it’s in your career, personal life, or relationships. Think of it as a process pathway as a target to reach. The end goal.

As a 33-year-old professional who felt stuck in his career. Every day he goes to work, putting in long hours, but there’s no sense of fulfilment. He got constantly stressed and anxious, and his energy seems to be draining away.

Not clear of what am I doing to make things happen?

Then one day, when I knew about the journey from source and destination.

I took a pause and asked myself-

What do I really want?

This simple question sparked as a realization. The objective isn’t just to keep working, but to grow, learn new skills, and advance to a growth mind-set where he can make an impact.

Having this objective in mind, I got clarity and purpose.

Where I came to know exactly what needs to be done, whether it’s about taking on new projects, seeking mentorship, or gaining new certifications.

The actions are no longer random but focused.

Having a clear objective gives you:

✨ Direction: It shows you where you want to go. Without it, you’ll feel like you’re wandering aimlessly.

✨ Motivation: When you know your "why," it’s easier to push through challenges because you can see the bigger picture.

✨ Focus: Objectives help filter out distractions and keep your efforts concentrated on what truly matters.

But most importantly, an objective brings meaning to your actions.

Just like me, you too can find purpose and improve your health, careers, or simply listen the calling a more meaningful life.

Have innovations in technology reached new heights!

Simplified tasks, automations and driving unprecedented growth.

But is this rapid advancement truly a game-changer, or is it trapping us in invisible chains of ego, comparison, and endless competition?

Think about the professionals, managers, and high achievers who are constantly managing critical tasks.

They push the boundaries of productivity, yet feel stuck in an endless loop of being "busy"

A loop that often feels more like a cage than a reward.

The constant race to outperform not only others but even themselves leads to emotional burnout, fractured relationships, and a deep disconnect from their inner being.

In the quest for success, we have become more attached to status, results, and external validation, losing control over our emotional health.

Have you ever found yourself comparing your success to others?

Perhaps it was subtle at first a glance at someone’s LinkedIn profile, or seeing a colleague hit yet another milestone.

Over time, this comparison can breed self-doubt, anxiety, and a feeling of not being "enough."

The technology, once seen as a tool for freedom, has begun to enslave us in expectations we never signed up for. As we constantly check emails, push notifications, and feel the need to stay ahead. But amidst this race, we lose sight of ourselves.

Emotional levels that trigger us to make or break!

Why does it happen?

We often come across relations that heal us, nurture us or hurt us, betray us, in either ways.

When we are in communication mode, it’s not about how well we express our values, perspectives and feelings for the person but the self-talk we often carry with ourselves.

The vibes that we carry around which reflects the inner being.

This used to happen with me many times over years.

When the day started I experienced energy and felt refreshed for the day.

This is the stage of resilience being connected with inner-self.

You feel relaxed, blessed, blissful and happy about us and the environment.

But as the day progressed I felt overwhelmed, drained. Low in energy.

This is a result of unworthy and waste thoughts.

There are many factors contributing them.

1. It is about the task to do.
2. It is about the pending list of things.
3. It is about deadlines.
4. It is about targets.
5. It is about emotional variations.
6. It is about expectations.
7. It is about performance.
8. It is about competing.
9. It is about the thoughts about past and future.
10. It is about botheration.

Many of us go through these frequencies and vibes.

The conversations are then not with inner self, but with the distractions and things happening around.

Now the actual task comes while communicating with the other person.

The traffic of thoughts is changed. You either find difficult to open, overwhelmed while going through them.

You feel the energy exchange and the thoughts flow creating a natural flow.

The conversation becomes fruitful, else doubtful and you get the response. The feedback about what actually happened. Over the years I was unaware of what thoughts to focus on.

That made feel stuck, broke and unworthy at times. And one of the things to focus on that helps to heal the self, the people around and the environment.

The small triggers that make us or break us.

Most of the relations stuck due to misunderstandings!

Why do misunderstandings happen?

Yes it’s essential to identify the root causes of misunderstandings that occur with the people around our spouse, friends, boss, etc.

This leads to permanent negative labels, perceptions about people, making it worse to resolve any conflicts.

One common reason for misunderstandings is not recognizing and respecting each other’s values.

The values that guide our lives, acquired over time through learnings and various areas of expertise.

This becomes a core driving force in our decisions and actions.

Let’s say, someone who values fitness will prioritize going to the gym, some can do work over hours, some prioritize to spend time travelling, some spend time shopping. This value shapes their lifestyle, making it difficult to sway them from their routines.

This is why it’s crucial to understand both our own and others’ values. By doing so, we can avoid misunderstandings and respect each other’s core beliefs. Knowing values, overcoming confusion can heal relationships up to certain limits.

Some common values include health, wealth, responsibility, kindness, or generosity and also a part of concern and depend on ones level of consciousness and vary from person to person.

Yes when I tapped into each one of this over a decade since 2013 to heal the relations. Nothing worked as it was one sided followed process and seeking validation at every step.

Since 2017 when I started my inner journey, I became aware of the innate virtues i.e. peace, love, purity, knowledge, power, happiness and bliss.

If each one of us know and practise this seven virtues or even any one or two we start regaining control and get aligned with inner self.

As the answers to all doubts, questions, misunderstandings are within us and not outside. These are some of the core values to work on to achieve resilience, clarity of thoughts, reclaiming life values to heal relations.

Recognizing and respecting these values helps create foundation for healthy relations and living a meaningful life. It also helps in creating a level of consciousness while going through the ongoing conversation with compassion and empathy with added fruitful intention and understanding.

A moment went wrong is the curse, the hurt and words you carry, all through decades and birth.

A conflict that happened just for a moment for a minute or two.

Where you went short tempered and lost control and all things around devastated.

That moment created a opportunity for people to arouse differences and make the interests, beliefs and flaws come true.

And this is not only a persons fault but equally both sides. No blame game as we always try to prove.

But what about the third person who devoted his life for the relation and one single mistake becomes a point to raise objections and result in breaking the connection. Hurt. Hurt. Hurt.

Becoming shameless, rude and stubborn feeling no more a human being, biasing, ignoring and taking it a call to prove. They have won the world.

Why is this happening?
What to do?
How to deal with such situations?

Becomes a question unanswered.

Silence.....!
Silence.....!

Only Silence.

The third person irrespective of the behavior hurt at the moment, still comes again and again with a hope that I will heal the relation.

Make it alive and share the love, care and harmony unconditionally.

But no space for listening to him? What if I will........??.

The person still remembers the moment and gives the person hate, grief and anger?

It stops the overall well being of self and affects the relations around.

This is where the mental toll strikes and happens which still reminds the things went wrong for a moment but carried for decades.

As a result 10th of October was been celebrated as the International Mental health Day by WHO in 1992 that highlights the significance of mental well-being for individuals, communities, and workplaces to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health!

No likes and shares please, but time to listen to the heart and calling of the inner being!

The solution to every cause that heals the inner self!

The more you carry the hurt, the more you feel it.

The more you think the more your thoughts get affected.

The more you talk about it, the more it ingresses.

The more you share, the more the vibes get spread.

The more you imbibe it creates a pattern.
Are you going this trap of creating a pattern?

Is it due the conversation, situation or event that affected the inner being and put you in these feelings?

Is it the people who treated or made you feel down?

But we created a perspective and it’s clear.
But the cause is you carried it long. More than a day, week or month!
So it’s us, who has been carrying it a long way.
