Hi all. Starting this post with Best Wishes for 2018! May the learning of the coming days bring more peace and happiness to one and all!!
Our New Year initiative is directed to the youth of today, primarily the students of Colleges and Institutes who are dreaming BIG, but are unable to convert these dreams into reality.
So, all our free time, when we are away from other training sessions will now be devoted to motivating them to write their life's Vision and plan their goals to achieve this vision.
We believe that all POWER is within themselves and it just needs direction!. We shall help them find this direction!!
This is our method of paying back to the environment as part of our Social Responsibility. We pray we achieve our aim!!

External attitudinal changes for improvement are at the most superficial!.
Unless one does introspection deep inside no attitudinal change can be long term and this change will soon fade away- back to square one.
Let the need for change and improvement come from deep within the "self"- that is the only permanent solution towards improvement. Never forget that Life's journey is only ONE-WAY, you can only look back but NOT GO BACK!

As is well known,the strength of a chain lies in its weakest link. Similarly, in any family, organisation, group or a team, if you can strengthen the weaker link, you not only strengthen the set-up as a whole, but you help that person to individually move to a higher level of strength and confidence.
Thus, all leaders are directly responsible and answerable to identify that link and to strengthen it timely so that the chain is not found wanting at any moment.
After all, what is the main role of a leader? It is to make his/her subordinate better than him/her self, in all aspects.
All other organisational procedures follow automatically!!

As we advent into 2014, new challenges and frontiers emerge. These are nothing but the environment pushing us to gather and use our in-house reserves of intellect and energy toward achieving more than we ever planned or executed in the year gone by. If we positively adapt to this environment, problems will not appear to be as dark and dominating as they look, solutions will start coming by and we will start enjoying resolving the riddles as they come before us.
This is also a year which highlights the importance and the value of training and adapting new learning techniques, be it in the field of student empowerment for higher achievement, employee team building, overcoming leadership faux pas of the past, developing a work atmosphere of “relaxed efficiency” or simply put-’ACHIEVING’.
To that extent, it becomes pertinent to focus on the key essentials which will lend themselves towards reaching the desired goals.
Let 2014 then be a year of learning and sharing this learning, since bottled up knowledge takes you nowhere!!

Career Synergy is in the process of taking out its training calender for 2014.
The training will be result- focused and achievement oriented so that a positive end is attained. Besides indoor workshops, we aim to concentrate on Outbound Training for all. Even the indoor sessions can be dove-tailed with an outing to make it more relaxed and enjoyable.

The school teacher says..
its not about whether the glass is half full or half empty , it's about whether their is something in the glass at all.

The professional trainer..
does not care if the glass is half full or half empty, he just knows that starting the discussion will give him ten minutes to figure out why his power point presentation is not working.

Mother of a persistently demanding five years old says..
sweetheart its whatever you want it to be,just let mamma have five minutes rest.

And the cynic wonders ..
who drank the other half.

Anyway attitude is..
not about whether the glass is half full or half empty. Its about who is paying for the next.
