I've been practicing pigeon pose for months. There came a point where progress stopped.
i couldn't flip the grip because of poor shoulder mobility and flipping the grip seemed impossible. But guess what? I kept going, and now I can flip the grip! I'm beyond happy and proud of my journey.

How to : If you have decided to do walking/yoga/exercise, then make a plan. Do exercise at least 3 days a week. Keep the time and day fixed. This will make you used to that routine.
Once you are consistent, then you can increase the intensity of the exercise.
of course, you have to change your eating habits.Take small steps towards your goal and introduce yourself to a new lifestyle.

Why do we always find excuses to skip our exercises? Why do we always wonder how to achieve our health goals?
Do this thing to help you👇Writing down all your SMART(Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based) goals helps.

2. Find an inspiration 🏋️‍♀️
Find something or someone that inspires you, take small steps towards your journey of being and doing.

3. Adopt good food habits
For good health, food habits play a crucial role💯
It is important to stay conscious and consume healthily.

4. Look at who and what surrounds you.
Surround yourself with correct people who motivate you to achieve your health goals.
Find your go-to person and get inspired or simply draw your energy from them.
