Day 3 Highlights – Management Development Program

The third day of the program focused on the profound themes of Harmony in Nature and Harmony in Existence. Participants explored how nature maintains a perfect balance among all living and non-living systems, and how the entire existence is interconnected in a well-ordered system. This understanding encourages us to align our thoughts and actions towards coexistence, sustainability, and mutual fulfillment.

An enriching panel discussion on “From Framework to Impact: Deepening UHV at PCCOE” brought together esteemed panelists who shared valuable insights on:
• Purpose and outcomes of UHV
• Curriculum integration
• Student engagement and campus culture
• Institutional systems and challenges
• Vision of becoming a model UHV institution

The session was thoughtfully moderated, leading to meaningful reflections and practical perspectives.

The program concluded with a graceful Valedictory Ceremony, further marked by the inauguration of a dedicated website for Universal Human Values (UHV)—a significant step towards strengthening awareness, accessibility, and institutional commitment to value-based education. Notably, the website was developed by a second-year student, highlighting student innovation and active participation.

The presence of distinguished dignitaries, the support of the AICTE UHV Cell team, the dedicated efforts of the local program coordinators, and the Institute UHV Cell Organizing Committee members added immense value to the program.

Participants shared their reflections on the three-day journey, expressing their learnings, experiences, and commitments towards integrating human values in personal and professional life.

A meaningful conclusion to an insightful journey of learning and self-exploration.
